I am traveling from abroad, can I enter Myanmar ?
No, you cannot enter Myanmar until 31st December. Suspension of the issuance of all types of visa (including social visit visa) to all foreign nationals, except diplomats accredited to Myanmar, United Nations officials resident in Myanmar and crew of ships and aircraft operating to and from Myanmar until 31st December.

Do I need to quarantine after entering Myanmar?
Yes, all incoming Myanmar nationals from any countries will be subject to a 21-day Facility Quarantine on their arrival in Myanmar. All foreign nationals traveling to Myanmar are required to present laboratory evidence of absence of COVID-19 infection issued no more than 72 hours prior to the date of travel before boarding any airline destined for Myanmar. They will be subject to a 7-day facility quarantine on their arrival in Myanmar.
All diplomats accredited to Myanmar and United Nations officials working in Myanmar are also required to present laboratory evidence of absence of COVID-19 infection issued no more than 72 hours prior to the date of travel before boarding any airline destined for Myanmar. They will be subject to home quarantine to 21 days on their arrival in Myanmar.

Domestic airlines are still operated.
For International Airlines,
All International airports in Myanmar are closed for international arrivals till 31st December. Most of the airlines are suspended because of coronavirus. As soon as the virus situation is settled, the airlines will reopen.
Is Public Transport Working in Myanmar ?
Some domestic bus services start operating again but all services will fully operate after 31st December.
Is it possible to visit public places in Myanmar ?
Amusement parks, National parks, Museums, Recreational areas have been temporarily closed until further notice.All mass gatherings, festivals and entertainment events are currently banned.
